David Kalac was arrested for the murder of his girlfriend Amber Lynn Coplin in Port Orchard, Washington Wednesday. The suspect, who allegedly bashed in the 30-year-old woman's face and wrote on the walls, posted pictures of the grisly scene to Internet message board 4chan.

The 33-year-old had initially taken Coplin's gold 2001 Ford Focus and when police began to chase him, he swerved into oncoming traffic to avoid them. After a day, though, he gave himself up.
The victim was Amber Lynn Coplin, and after strangling her, Kalac apparently left the body to be discovered by her 13 year old sign while he went to a bar for drinks and conversation before being apprehended. 'He basically said, 'I have a warrant for my arrest,' Clackamas County police officer Sgt. Nate Thompson told the Associated Press.
Kalac had been arguing loudly with Coplin Monday night in her apartment, her teenage son told authorities. When the 13-year-old came home Tuesday he found his mother's body on the couch and tried to wake her, but she was already dead, according to court documents. The words 'dead,' 'bad news' and 'she killed me first' were written on her nearby driver's license and on the walls.

The teenager called his father, who then called the police around 3:30 p.m. In the meantime, Kalac was posting the pictures to 4chan, commenting that it was harder to strangle someone in real life than in the movies and saying how he planned to die at the hands of the police.

Kalac has been charged with second-degree murder and is being held on $2 million bail, according to the AP.
